  • DAY 01: ARRIVAL TO YANGON VIA YOUR FLIGHT
    • Land at Yangon International Airport by FLIGHT TBC.
    • Meet your professional English-speaking local guide at the airport and transfer downtown for a lunch in a local restaurant (own account).
    • Visit the famed reclining Buddha (Chauk Htat Gyi) which measures up to 66 meters long, making it one of the largest Buddha in Myanmar.

  • DAY 02: YANGON SIGHTSEEING (B)

  • DAY 03: YANGON – FLIGHT TO HEHO – INLE LAKE (B/L)

    • Transfer to Nyaung Shwe where the Inle Lake is located (approx. 1hr)

  • DAY 05: INLE LAKE – FLIGHT TO BAGAN – SIGHTSEEING (B)

  • DAY 06: BAGAN – DRIVE TO MANDALAY (B)
    • OPTIONAL: ,,BALLOONS OVER BAGAN” balloon flight. (Duration approximately: 45min-1hr) early in the morning for you to watch the unparalleled beauty of the sunrise along the thousands of stupa and the Irrawaddy River
    • Breakfast at the hotel.
    • Visit of the lively & colorful local market, “Nyaung U Market”. Blend and experience the locals’ daily lives as you visit this bustling and vibrant market. You can almost find everything here from vegetables, seafood and poultry, also there is a section selling handicraft, traditional clothing (locals call it “Longyi”) and as well as antiques.

    • Be welcomed in Min Nan Thu Village, a traditional craft village in Bagan. Meet the friendly villagers and get a glimpse of their daily routine. Be greeted by women who enlist traditional rolled cigars (also known as cheroot) in an outdoor living room. Cheroot cigars are made with some tobacco leaves but they also have lots of other ingredients too which can vary.
    • After sightseeing, drive from Bagan to the city of Mandalay (approx. 4hr)
    • Be welcomed in the city of Mandalay, a romantic bygone era with its royal palace and impressive moat sitting at the foot of a high, pagoda-topped hill. It is also a busting, economic center for business.

  • DAY 07: MANDALAY SIGHTSEEING (B)
    • Breakfast at the hotel.
    • Experience the sights and sounds of Mandalay including of the most revered religious monument in Myanmar – “Mahamuni Pagoda & Mahamuni Buddha Image”. Several shops around the temple sell offerings for the Mahamuni Buddha image such as incense sticks, candles and flowers.
    • We are going to visit Shwenandaw Monastery, also known as the “Golden Palace Monastery” a superb example of a traditional wooden building and Kuthodaw Pagoda which is also called “the world’s largest book”, named after the 729 marble slabs inscribed with Buddhist teachings.

    • Continue drive to Amarapura – famous for its weaving and the most beautiful and expensive clothes are hand embroidered – these would be mostly used for bridal gowns or worn only by very wealthy women.
    • Visit a traditional hand – woven silk workshop as well as Kalaga tapestries craftsmen’s shop followed by Gold leaf work shop, wood and marble carving workshop.
    • Continue to 200-year-old U Bein teak bridge for sunset viewing, built in 1782 and the oldest teak bridge in the world is made from the remains of a royal palace.
